Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, product launches, holidays, or promotional events.


Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom, made-to-order, or personalized products require additional processing time due to the nature of their production.

Estimated ship times for custom products are provided at checkout or in your order confirmation email. These timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Custom products cannot be expedited once production has begun.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or customs processing.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all U.S. states and territories.

Once an order has shipped and tracking information has been provided, Combat Textiles is not responsible for carrier delays.


International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Combat Textiles is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or inspections.


Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees to reship.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Combat Textiles is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

If tracking shows delivery but the package is missing, customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

If a package is lost in transit (no delivery confirmation), please contact cs@combattextiles.com and we will assist with a carrier investigation when applicable.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact cs@combattextiles.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.


Shipping & Chargebacks

Chargebacks filed for shipping-related issues while tracking confirms delivery or while a carrier investigation is in progress may result in denial of the dispute.
