Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return window, meaning you must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and uninstalled

In original packaging (including all tags and inserts)

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Gift cards
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items that have been installed, altered, or used beyond initial inspection.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please contact cs@combattextiles.com and we will do our best to assist with a replacement or alternative solution where appropriate.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact cs@combattextiles.com.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks initiated while a return, replacement, or resolution is actively in progress may result in the cancellation of any pending replacement or support.
