Section 01

Who this is for

This route is for orders placed by an organisation. If you are serving or sworn and buying for yourself, verify once through GovX instead and 20% comes off automatically at checkout.

Departments and agencies

Municipal, county, state and federal. Duty pistols, patrol rifles and the optics and lights on them, wrapped to one pattern across the roster.

Units and armories

Armory-level orders where the whole rack has to match, not one weapon. Order together and every piece is cut from the same batch of fabric.

Ranges and training cadres

Training fleets that take a beating. 1000D Cordura over a 3M adhesive that removes clean when a weapon rotates out or goes back to stock condition.

Section 02

What we need from you

Send as much of this as you have. Anything missing we will ask about, but a complete first message gets a firm answer in one reply.

Agency, unit or department

Who we are quoting, and the state or country it ships to.

Platform mix

The makes and models in the rack: Glock, SIG, HK, AR-pattern, AK and the rest. We cut for 360+ platforms, so send the list and we will confirm what we already have.

Quantities per item

Grips, optic wraps, light wraps, magazine wraps. A rough count per line is enough to start.

Timing

When you need it in hand, and whether the date is fixed by a training cycle or a budget close.

Berry and IR requirement

Whether Berry compliance, IR treatment or both are mandatory for this purchase. Our fabric is sourced and made in the USA, Berry compliant and anti-infrared treated.

Pattern

One pattern across the order, or matched to issued kit. The color chart shows what we run.

Purchasing route

Purchase order, quote first, or department card, plus who signs and where the invoice needs to go.

Purchasing and paperwork

Tell us how the order needs to be paid and documented and we will work to it. Name the purchasing route in the form below and the quote comes back matched to it.

Section 03

How it works

Four steps. Nothing is committed until you have pricing and a lead time in writing.

01 You send the list

Platforms, quantities, pattern, timing and how it will be purchased. A spreadsheet or a rack list is fine.

02 We confirm fitment

We tell you what we already cut for those platforms and what the options are. Anything not in the catalog usually goes through custom cutting.

03 You get a written quote

Pricing and lead time in writing before anything is committed.

04 Cut, packed, shipped

Cut and packed in Pennsylvania, then shipped to the address on the order.

Section 04

Start a unit request

Platforms, quantities and pattern get you the fastest answer. If you would rather send a spreadsheet or a rack list, email it to [email protected] and reference your unit.

Goes to a person, not a queue.
