These terms cover use of combattextiles.com and every order placed through it. Placing an order means you accept them. We update this page when the terms change, so read it before you order.

Who we are

This site is operated by Combat Textiles. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Combat Textiles. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to sell to you.

Using the store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who is.

Do not use our products for any unlawful purpose, and do not use this site to break the law in your jurisdiction. Do not transmit malicious code, scrape the site, collect other people's information, or attempt to get around its security. Breaking these terms ends your access.

We can refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

Products, pricing and availability

Some products are sold only online. Prices and specifications can change without notice, and we can discontinue a product at any time.

We show colors and images as accurately as we can, but we cannot guarantee how your screen renders them. The fabric photographs on the color chart are the closest reference we can give. If exact shade matters to you, ask us before ordering.

We may limit quantities per person, per household or per order, and we may limit or refuse orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers. Dealer pricing has its own route — see dealers.

Custom and made-to-order products are covered by these terms, with the production and return exceptions set out in our shipping policy and returns policy.

Orders and billing

You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it up to date so we can complete your order and reach you if we need to.

We can refuse or cancel any order. If we change or cancel one, we will try to reach you at the email, billing address or phone number on the order.

Returns, shipping and refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our returns and refund policy. Processing, delivery and carrier terms are in our shipping policy. Both form part of these terms.

Errors and omissions

Information on this site can contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions — in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We can correct them, and we can change, update or cancel an order if the information it relied on was wrong, including after you submitted it.

Third-party tools and links

Some tools and content on this site come from third parties. We provide them as-is and as-available, without warranty, and we do not control them. Third-party links may take you off this site; we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of those sites. Read their terms before you transact with them.

Trademarks and compatibility

Combat Textiles LLC is an independent manufacturer. We design and cut our own products. Our products are textile wraps. They are not firearms, firearm components, optics, lights or magazines, and no firearm, optic, light or magazine is included with any wrap. The complete notice, with the full brand list, is at our trademark and compatibility notice.

Your submissions

If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews or other material, we may edit, copy, publish, translate and otherwise use it in any medium without restriction or payment, and we are not obliged to keep it confidential or to respond. Do not send anything unlawful, abusive, obscene or infringing, and do not misrepresent who you are.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We do not warrant that the site or the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that results obtained from it will be accurate or reliable. The service and all products are provided as-is and as-available, without representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Combat Textiles and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers and licensors are not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or of any product, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data or replacement costs. Where a jurisdiction does not allow these exclusions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Combat Textiles and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by a third party because you breached these terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or violated any law or the rights of a third party.

Severability and termination

If any provision here is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, it is still enforced to the fullest extent the law allows, and the unenforceable portion is severed. The remaining provisions stand.

These terms are in effect until either you or we end them. You end them by telling us you no longer wish to use our services, or by ceasing to use the site. We can end them at any time, without notice, if we judge that you have failed to comply, and we may deny you access to our services. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive it.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with any policy or operating rule we post on this site, are the entire agreement between you and us, and supersede any earlier agreements, communications or versions. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. Ambiguities are not construed against the drafting party.

Governing law

These terms, and any separate agreement under which we provide you services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

Changes to these terms

We can update, change or replace any part of these terms by posting the change on this page. Checking this page periodically is your responsibility. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
