Glock 17 / 22 / 34 / 35 Grip Tape

The full-size Glock frame is the most stippled frame in America, and for good reason: bare polymer gets slick the moment your hands are wet, and a duty-length grip gives you a lot of surface to lose purchase across.

What this is

Laser-cut Cordura® 1000D panels that adhere to the frame. Not a replacement grip module, not a sleeve, and not skate tape. Real fabric texture, no abrasion, and completely reversible.

Fits: Glock 17, 22, 34 and 35 — they share a full-size frame. Available for Gen 3, 4, 5 and 6.

Which generation do I have?

• Check the right side of the slide first. Glock marks the generation there from Gen 4 onward.
• No marking? Finger grooves plus an accessory rail means Gen 3. No rail and no finger grooves means Gen 2.
• Gen 5 versus Gen 6 — both dropped the finger grooves and added the flared magwell. Go by the slide marking.

Duty and competition

On a duty gun the argument for fabric is weather: a stippled frame and a wet hand is still a wet hand, where Cordura stays dry to the touch. On a 34 or 35 run in competition it is consistency — the same grip on the first stage and the last, without the hot spots aggressive stippling raises after a few hundred rounds.

And on a full-size gun carried under a cover garment, abrasion is not a small problem. Stippling that grips well enough to matter will sand the inside of a shirt. This will not.

Complete the setup

Full-size Glocks generally wear a light, often an optic, and always magazines. We cut wraps for all of them from the same fabric in the same colorways — Streamlight TLR-1 and TLR-7, SureFire X300, Holosun 507C and 508T, plus magazine wraps and base pad strips.
